Users do hereby represent, understand and expressly agree that TheSitterCenter.com does not have control over the quality, timing, legality or any other aspect whatsoever of the services actually delivered by the Providers, nor of the integrity, responsibility or any of the actions whatsoever of the Recipients. All users of the system agree to hold harmless TheSitterCenter.com, its owners and employees, of any liability for any consequence of use of the TheSitterCenter.com website.

Disclaimer:  TheSitterCenter.com does not guarantee results nor do we assume any liability for the performance or background of any sitter, subscriber or parent(User). TheSitterCenter.com does not verify any of the information Users provide to it. Each User should perform thorough background and reference checks before any engaging in hiring and employment. TheSitterCenter.com is not involved in the actual transaction between such prospective employers and the respective sitters. As a result, TheSitterCenter.com has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or resumes posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of prospective employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of the sitters to fill job openings. In addition, note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, foreign nationals, underage persons, or people acting under false pretenses. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the Web Site.

TheSitterCenter.com encourages its registered members to conduct a thorough background investigation and screening of all persons they choose to contact regarding sitter care. At TheSitteCenter.com, you choose how you want to screen and investigate potential providers and/or employers and you accept full responsibility for your use of the website.

Release:  Because we are not involved in the actual contact between Users, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release TheSitterCenter.com (and our officers, directors, agents, investors, subsidiaries and employees) from claims, demands or damages (actual or consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

Billing and Payment Policy:  Users are obligated to pay for the service of the TheSitterCenter.com. Subscriptions will be automatically extended for successive renewal periods of the same duration as the subscription term originally selected at the prior terms subscription rate. ThSitterCenter.com will continue to renew subscriptions until the User requests a cancellation. If a User cancels the subscription, the User will have access to subscription benefits until the end of the then-current subscription term; the subscription won't be renewed after that term expires. However, Users will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion. While TheSitterCenter.com will use its best efforts to ensure the privacy of all credit cards and all other personal information, we expressly disclaim any liability for any damage that may result should any information be released to any third parties. Users do hereby agree to hold TheSitterCenter.com harmless for any damages that may result there from. TheSitterCenter.com will use a third party service to collect and process all credit card information; TheSitterCenter.com will not hold card numbers or personal information.

Liability:  The Material on TheSitterCenter.com may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Site or the Material. The use of TheSitterCenter.com and the Material is at your own risk. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify, add, or remove portions of the Site at anytime without notice.
